Define Other Regulation
Explanation
This activity is used to define the so-called other regulation which is user-defined and company dependant.
The regulation is similar to a data parameter in that it brings values. Instead
of the parameter, the regulation works at a company level serving a variety of
employee matters, such as general social security benefits and deductions, tax
thresholds, various entitlements. The regulations result from the country's
legislation and industry standards..

Procedure
- Open the Regulations window and go to the Other
Regulations tab.
- In the toolbar, click the New button in order to define a
user-specified regulation.
- Specify a unique id for the regulation in the Regulation Id
field.
- In the Name field, enter a name for the regulation.
- Select a type for the regulation in the Type field. The type
selection determines an area of the application in which the regulation will
be effective.
- In the Id field, select a parameter which will serve for
calculations and is of constant txt parameter type.
- Save the information.
