Define Payroll Export Main Settings

Explanation

This activity is used to define the main settings for the export of a payroll setup. The header definition is the first step in preparing for the export, i.e. the payroll details which should be included in the export can be defined after specifying the main settings.

Procedure

  1. Open the Export Payroll Setup window.
  2. Create a new record in order to start defining the main settings.
  3. In the Export Id field, specify a unique id for the payroll setup.
  4. Enter a name for the setup export in the Export Name field.
  5. In the File Name field, specify a file name and path where the export file will be saved.
  6. In the Description field, enter any additional information about the export.
  7. Save the information.
