Define Report Template Tag

Explanation

This activity is used to define tags for the report template parameterization. Tags are responsible for controling of uses of the report template. By defining tags the user can decide in which circumstances and for which types of payroll the report template can be utilized.

Procedure

1. Open the Tags window.
2. Create a new record in order to start defining a tag.
3. Specify a unique id for the tag in the Tag Id field.
4. Enter a name for the tag in the Tag Name field.
5. In the Remarks field, enter any relevant information about the tag.
6. Save the information.
