Define Senior Regulation Validity Period

Explanation

This activity is used to define the validity period of a senior regulation. The senior regulation will be active during that period.

In order to perform this activity, a senior regulation has to be registered in the system.

As a result, a validity period will be defined for a senior regulation.

Open the Regulations window.
Search or populate to find a senior regulation for which you want to define a validity period.
Right-click the validity period and click Details. The Seniority Regulation Details window will open, displaying detailed information about the regulation.
To add a new validity period, add a record in the table.
Specify the validity period for the senior regulation in the Valid From and Valid To fields. The regulation will be available for use only during this period.
Note: If you define multiple periods, remember that they cannot overlap. Every new period has to start at the end of a previous period.
Save the information.
