Define Wage Code/Parameter Sequence

Explanation

This activity is used to define wage code parameters for the report template.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a report template header is required to be registered in the system.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a wage code/parameter sequence will be defined for the template ID.

Procedure

1. Open the Report Template window and find a template header for which you want to define wage code parameters or a sequence.
2. Go to the Template Set tab and create a new record to add a new wage code, parameter, or sequence.
   Note: It is possible to add a record with only a wage code or a parameter, but in some cases (i.e., payslip) more fields can be filled.
3. In the Wage Code ID field, specify the ID of the wage code. You can also use the list of values.
4. Specify a type of association for the wage code in the Association Type field. The possible association types are as follows: Parameter, Wage Code and Label.
5. If the association is with a parameter, specify a parameter ID in the Parameter ID field. Alternatively, you can use the list of values.
6. If the association is with a wage code, specify a wage code ID in the Destination Wage Code ID field. You can also use the list of values.
7. If the association is with a label, enter the label in the Label field.
8. Save the information.
