Remove Calculation

Explanation

This activity is used to cancel the calculation of payroll. The cancellation may be necessary in case wage codes or parameters in the payroll need correction.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a payroll needs to be calculated at least once.

Procedure

1. Open the Payroll window and find a calculated payroll which needs correction of pay elements.
2. In the toolbar, right-click and click Cancel Calculation in order to remove calculation details.
3. In the dialogue window, specify the manner of calculation cancellation.
4. Click OK.
5. Correct the wage code information.
