Run Payroll Reopening Assistant

Explanation

This activity is used to reopen a closed payroll. It is specially helpful if several payrolls need reopening for corrections or adjustments.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, closed payrolls need to be present in the system.

System Effects

The payroll goes back to a defined stage and recalculation may be performed.

Procedure

1. Open the Payroll Reopening Wizard window.
2. In the Payroll State section, select a stage which the payroll reopening should reach.
3. Click Next and select IDs of payrolls which you want to reopen by using the Selected check box.
4. Click Finish. Reopened payrolls with the required status should be available in the Payroll window.
