Export Payroll Setup

Description of process

This process is used to define a setup of payroll basic data and to export this information into an export file. This allows you to copy payroll setup information from one company to another without manually entering the data. That is, once you have defined a payroll setup in one company according to a specific requirement, you can export this setup into an external file and later import it to other companies in the system.

In order to perform an export, payroll basic data already defined in the company are first grouped using an export ID in the Export Payroll Setup window. Therefore, you can define several setups of basic data according to differing requirements. The export information is saved to an xml file.
