This process handles the import of payroll basic data information into the system using an external file. That is, if an external file has already been created by exporting payroll information from one company in the system, you can copy this data to another company by importing the export file.
If errors are generated during such an import, the error details including the type of information in the export file which caused the error will be logged. Also, if some or all of the payroll information in the export file already exists in the company, you can choose to overwrite the existing data during the import.
