Define Document Generate Parameters
Explanation
This activity is used to define parameters
for the automatic generation of a defined document. These parameters
facilitates the creation of certain employee documents for specific market
conditions, e.g. the UK.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a
document template with blocks and lines is required to be registered in the
system.

Procedure
- Open the Document Basic Data window and find a document in which
parameters for the document automatic generation need defining.
- Go to the Generate Document Parameters tab and select a function for the automatic
document generation in the Function Id field. You can use the list of
values.
- Enter
parameters for the function in the Parameters field.
- Save the
information.
