This activity is used to define a stamp which can later be applied to documents issued for an employee or a company.

Procedure

1. Open the Stamp window.
2. Create a new record in order to define a new stamp for use in document templates.
3. Specify a unique ID for the stamp in the Stamp Id field.
4. In Line 1 to Line 6 fields, enter the information which should be displayed in the stamp.
5. Save the information.
