Define Document Template Access Group

Explanation

This activity is used to define a group of users which has access to the document templates and can generate documents. The access in the system is controlled at a group level. Users are later assigned to the user access group with proper data security levels in order to be allowed to view and modify documents.

Procedure

1. Open the Data Access Group window.
2. Create a new record in order to create a new user access group.
3. Specify a unique ID for the group in the Group Id field.
4. In the Description field, enter a name for the group.
5. Save the information.
