Generate Employee HR Document

Explanation

This activity is used to generate an HR type document for an employee.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, document templates of HR type are required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the HR Documents window.
  2. Search or populate to find the employee for whom you want to generate an HR document.
  3. Go to the Template ID field and select a type of HR document for generation.
  4. Click Document Generate.
  5. In the Document Generation dialog box, specify a number and a stamp for the generated document in the Doc No and Stamp Id fields (if applicable).
  6. Click OK.
