Grant Access to Document Template

Explanation

This activity is used to grant access to document templates for defined user groups.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, document templates as well as access groups are required to be registered in the system.

System Effects

Document template access groups can access specified document templates.

Procedure

1. Open the Document Data Security window and find a relevant document template access group.
2. Create a new record in order to grant access to a document template.
3. In the Template Id field, specify an id for the template to which the access is given. You can also use the value list.
4. Select the Can Modify and Can Remove check boxes if the access group has such privileges.
5. Save the information.
