Overview Absence Base

Explanation

This activity is used to review employee absence information in detail by absence types. You can also see absence base information for selected employee absence records.

Procedure

  1. Open the Absence File Overview window.
  2. In the Filter section, enter filtering criteria to the Year, Month fields and select or unselect All, Paid and Not Paid check boxes.
  3. Click Apply Filter.
  4. Select an absence record, right-click and click Absence Base Overview.
  5. In the Absence Base Overview window, view all payroll data related with the absence base for an employee.
