Explanation

This activity is used to review details of all obligations, i.e. loans, contributions and liabilities, which are registered to employees in the company.

Procedure

  1. Open the Deduction Details window.
  2. Choose the type of obligation which you want to review and go to the Loan Details, Contribution Details or Liability Details tab.
  3. Populate in order to view all obligations of a given type registered for employees in the company. Alternatively, you can enter search criteria.
  4. If a more detailed search is necessary, select the required search parameters in the  Parameters section.
  5. Select an obligation which you want to check in detail, right-click and click Installment Details, Contribution Payment Details or Liability Details depending on which type of obligation you need to check.
