Overview Deductions

Explanation

This activity is used to review general information on obligations, i.e. loans, liabilities and contributions registered to employees in the company.

Procedure

  1. Open the Deductions window.
  2. Choose the type of obligation which you want to review in general and go to the Loans Overview, Contributions Overview or Liability Overview tabs.
  3. Populate the window to view all obligations. Alternatively, you can enter search criteria.
  4. If a more detailed search is necessary, choose proper search parameters in the  Parameters section.
  5. Select an obligation which you want to check in detail, right-click and click Loan Details, Contribution Details or Liability Details depending on which type of obligation you need to check.
