Overview Payment Postings

Explanation

This activity is used to review and modify information on postings for both loan repayment and ceased loans. Pre-postings show the way in which repayment and cease of loans are distributed among accounting elements.

Procedure

1. Open the Overview Repayment Postings window.
2. Go to the Installments or Ceased Loans tab, depending which postings you want to view and check.
3. Populate the window in order to see all the loans registered in the company.
4. Select a loan for which you want to view or modify postings, right-click and click Define Postings.
5. In the Pre-posting Definition window, enter all known accounting elements.
6. Save the information.
