Overview Variable Data Documents

Explanation

This activity is used to review, add and modify variable data documents. The documents are lists with variable parameters to which employees are registered in order to receive occasional bonuses, allowances, etc.

Procedure

1. Open the Variable Data Documents window.
2. Populate the window in order to see all registered variable data documents.
3. Select a document which you want to see in detail, right-click and click the Details.
