Query for Parameters Files

Explanation

This activity is used to query for values of parameters which have been transferred into the files after closing a payroll for a given period of time. Closing the payroll means moving parameter values into files where they are stored as archive.

Procedure

1. Open the  Parameter Files window.
2. Populate the window in order to see all values of parameters used in closed payrolls. Alternatively, you can enter search criteria.
