Remove Prepared Defined Document

Explanation

This activity is used to remove a defined document previously registered to an employee or company. The document removal can be necessary in case the issue is no longer needed or there if there are errors in the content.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a registered document with Prepared status is required.

Procedure

  1. Open the Document Registration window.
  2. Populate the window or enter the search criteria in order to view registered documents.
  3. Select a document which you want to remove and delete the record.
  4. Save the information.
