Define Payroll Data Transfer Source

Explanation

This activity is used to indicate which type of payroll information is going to be selected for the data transfer. The transfer can include several payroll information sources which are predefined.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a payroll data transfer header is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Data Transfer window and find a header for which you want to define sources of information for the payroll data transfer.
2. Go to the Transfer Definition tab and create a new record in order to start defining elements which will be included in the transfer.
3. In the Class Definition field, select elements for the payroll data transfer. Note that the elements are predefined.
4. Save the information.
