Get Default File Formats

Explanation

This activity is used to view file formats registered in the system which are used in electronic transfers. Getting default file formats is used for checking if file formats for a particular bank are available. File formats are responsible for structuring address information which is important when you create bank transfers.

Procedure

1. Open the File Formats window.
2. Right-click and click Get Defaults in order to have all registered and available formats fetched to the list.
3. Choose a file format, right-click and click the File Format Address Sequence in order to view the sequence of addresses in the file.
