Save Retrospective Calculation Results

Explanation

This activity is used to save results of retrospective calculations for further actions in the future. Saving results of a retrospective calculation can be useful if you want transfers done on a later date.

In order to perform this activity, a retrospective calculation needs to be performed.

Procedure

1. Open the Retrospective Calculations Assistant and go to the Result list. Check the calculation result per employee.
2. Clear the Transfer Result to Variable Document check box in order to save the calculation results without transferring.
3. Click Finish.
