Transfer Retrospective Calculation Results

Explanation

This activity is used to transfer results of the retrospective calculation into a variable document. The transfer can only be done when no errors are reported. The variable data document can then be used for the calculation and payment of remuneration which are due.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a retrospective calculation needs to be performed.

Procedure

Open the Retrospective Calculations assistant and go to the Result list. Check the calculation result per employee.
Select the Transfer Result to Variable Document check box in order to transfer the calculation results to the specified variable data document.
Click Finish.
