Reporting

Printouts, other forms of output, and reporting are essential parts of any ERP solution. The Reporting Administration and Configuration section covers how to manage printers, report formatters, report and PDF archives, rule based actions, and much more. The Reporting section of the Administration and Configuration Guide is divided into three areas, where the operational report section covers reporting typically connected to, and/or triggered by, an IFS Applications business flow. Ad-hoc reporting is on demand reporting often focused on analyzing something. Information Access Layers is a way to collect/publish/present data in a way suitable for further processing, analysis or reporting.
